Directions For Use As A Hot Oil Hair Treatment: Apply 1 to 3 tablespoons of oils on the lengths and ends of the hair. Cover under a hot towel for 1 to 3 hours and then wash off.

Directions For Use As A Leave-In Hair Oil or Scalp Massage Oil: Massage a small amount to scalp and hair and leave in until ready for next wash.
